How do I get a City of Roberts utility account?
To set up city utilities, you must visit City hall in person, be the property owner, and bring a valid state=issue ID. Utility accounts cannot be opened by renters.
As a renter, how do I apply for utilities?
In Roberts, utility accounts are held in the property owner’s name. If you are renting, your landlord will set up and manage the utility account for your home. We encourage you to reach out to your landlord with any questions about billing or service.
