New Residents--Come into City Hall to open your utilities account. A valid state issue ID is required.
Moving?
To avoid being billed for services you are not using. Please submit a written request to discontinue services to City Hall. Please include you account number and stop date.

Important Information:
- Bills are due on the last day of the billing month. Beginning in April 2025, the due date will the the 25th of each month.
- Property owners are responsible for all utility bills.
Delinquent Accounts:
- Delinquent Accounts: Accounts are considered delinquent if the balance is not paid by the due date.
- Late Fee: A late fee of $30.00 will applied to all accounts that are 10 days delinquent.
- Turn-off Notices: Notices may be sent for accounts 15 delinquent.
- Service Turn-off: Services involuntarily discontinued for non-payment:
- Water will be shut off
- Garbage cans will be removed from the property.
- Turn-on Requirements: For restoration of services after involuntary disconcontinuance for nonpayment:
- Current and past due charges
- Restoration service fee
- Deposit Beginning Oct 1, 2024: water base+5000 gallons+sewer base rate+(15.45x# of garbage totes)=Deposit

What is the irrigation schedule?
If your address is an even-numbered house, water your lawn on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. If your address is an odd-numbered house, water your lawn on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
To prevent water evaporation watering is prohibited between 10am-6pm.
Are there any exclusions to the Even/Odd water Schedule
Exclusions:
L. Sprinkling or watering by commercial nurseries on their own sites.
2. Sprinkling or watering by the City or its contractors on public parks and rights of way.
3. The use of water conservation irrigation devices, such as drip or bubbler style irrigation systems that minimize water evaporation losses.
